For most laptop and computer faults, yes. If you approve the repair there is no diagnosis charge. Site visits for CCTV are confirmed when you book.

Battery, keyboard, SSD and RAM jobs are often finished the same day. Board-level faults or parts on order can take a few days. You get a time estimate with your quote.

A typical home needs 2 to 4 cameras covering the gate, entrances and parking. A shop or office usually needs 4 to 8. I walk the site and recommend only what is needed.

Yes. Every system I install can be set up for live view and playback on your mobile from anywhere with internet.

Yes. Repairs and installations carry a workmanship warranty, and products carry the manufacturer warranty, with an invoice.
